What it is
Your papers, read and written down
Wills, pensions, policies, valuations, statements. You upload them and Digital Companion reads them — writing down what each one says as a record you can see, with the sentence it came from attached. Nothing is a number somebody typed twice, and every figure can be traced back to the page it came off.
What is still missing, said plainly
The front page answers one question and shows what would move it: no will recorded, no lasting power of attorney, nobody named to look after the children, a pension with no beneficiary on it. Not a score to chase — a list of the things that would matter on the worst day, and what each one needs.
Shared exactly as far as you choose
Your husband or wife, your children, your solicitor, your accountant. Each of them is given the part you decide and sees nothing else — a solicitor given sight of the legal papers cannot see what you own. You can take any of it back at any time.

Alexandra's Financial Management creates your hub and gives you a way in. There is nothing to install and nothing to pay for — it is part of what they do for you.
The paperwork goes in
Yours, theirs, or both. Each document is read as it arrives and the records it produces wait for Alexandra's Financial Management to confirm them, so nothing about your family becomes true because software decided it was.
It stays useful
When the law changes in a way that affects what you hold, it says so. When something is missing, it asks. When you meet, both of you are looking at the same picture.
How it is kept
Everything you put in is encrypted before it is stored, with a key belonging to Alexandra's Financial Management alone — their clients’ papers sit in their own database, separate from every other firm’s. Nothing you record is sold, shared, or used to train anything. Every act on your hub is written down: who did it, and when.
It does not give advice and it is careful never to look as though it does. Where it works something out from your records it says so, and says to speak to Alexandra's Financial Management before acting on it.
